I started designing at 10. I was deep in the Call of Duty sniping-clan and Minecraft Factions corners of YouTube, and I taught myself Photoshop CS6 from tutorials so I could make YouTube banners, Twitter banners, profile pictures and thumbnails.
I still learn by building. Now I design systems in Figma and take them into code, most recently as a Product Design Intern at Sleeper, where I designed web chat, the auction draftboard and the Fantasy Football landing page.
I’ve paid my own way since high school, working at Starbucks, The Ritz-Carlton and The Bay Club alongside school and design work. Years in hospitality taught me to notice what people need before they ask.
Off the clock, I’m snowboarding at Palisades Tahoe or at a music festival.
